You can make payment through your Paypal account or enter your card information through Paypal so we don’t keep any information from your card. Paypal is safe and convenience for online payment.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*We accept all returns within 20 days after you receiving the item but please contact us if you have any issue. We will try our best to make customers happy. 

*We can exchange for different sizes ONLY. Please ship items back to our mailing address  below and pay $4.99 for a flat rate exchange shipping fee so we will send your new items to you.

*Customer is responsible for Return and exchange shipping charges, unless it is our mistake. Please make sure that returned or exchanged items MUST BE unwashed, unused, and with all hang tags. 

EXCEPTIONS:

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ( Please make sure that you double check on your monogram because we will make exactly what you enter on the monogram box)

SHIPPING

Shipping fee is $4.99 for any order less than $50. Free shipping if your order is $50 or up. Orders ship within 3-4 days or a week maximum from our warehouse ( It depends on styles, customized items or seasonal time). We will email you tracking number once your order have been shipped. You will receive your order by UPS or Fedex 3-4 days after we shipped.
