1. What is your standard shipping time?

Our turnaround time is 2 weeks after you placed your order. Orders ship within 7-10 days from our warehouse ( It depends on styles, customized items or seasonal time). We will email you tracking number once your order have been shipped. You will receive your order by UPS or Fedex 3-4 days after we shipped.

 

2. How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping fee is $4.99 for any order less than $50. Free shipping if your order is $50 or up.

 

3. How will my monogram be done?

Initial monograms have last name initial positioned in the center which are typically displayed as first, LAST, middle, with the initial of the last name being the largest. Please check details at http://trakiee.com/monogram/.

 

4. What is your return policy?

*We accept non-personalized returns within 20 days after you receiving the item but please contact us if you have any issue. We will try our best to make customers happy. 

*We can exchange for different sizes ONLY. Please ship items back to our mailing address  below and pay $4.99 for a flat rate exchange shipping fee so we will send your new items to you.

*Customer is responsible for Return and exchange shipping charges, unless it is our mistake. Please make sure that returned or exchanged items MUST BE unwashed, unused, and with all hang tags.

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED ITEMS ( Please make sure that you double check on your monogram because we will make exactly what you enter on the monogram box)

5. How can I check the status of an order?

You can check the status of your website order anytime by logging into your account. To access your account click the Login tab in the upper right corner of our home page. Other than that, please don’t hesitate to email us at customerservice@trakiee.com or call us at 1 (800) 838-3875 during regular business days 9:00 am- 5:00 pm PST.

 

6. What size do I need to buy for my child?

Our clothes are loose fit for kids to grow, for exact measurements and to ensure correct fit take a look at our size chart. Also, each style may have different size so check on the description of each item. If you have any other sizing questions, you can email us at customerservice@trakiee.com.

 

7. Do you accept credit card for payment?

Yes, we do accept VISA/ MASTER CARD/ DISCOVER/ AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can  make your payment via paypal as well.
